It is the mission of Out Athlete Fund to support LGBTQ+ athletes by providing financial assistance, educational outreach, and event programming that gives V.O.I.C.E. - Visibility, Opportunity, Invigorate, Celebrate and Empowerment-to our diverse sports community.

The vision of Out Athlete Fund is to create a world where LGBTQ+ athletes are empowered, visible, and embraced in every arena of sport.

Out Athlete Fund is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to promoting equality in sports. We recognize the need and advocate for inclusion regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, ethnicity, or physical challenge.

Out Athlete Fund is responsible for producing Pride House Los Angeles - West Hollywood for the 2028 Olympics and the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and it will provide financial resources to out athletes to help them train, travel, compete and qualify for the upcoming Olympic Games in Milan and Los Angeles. 

A portion of the funds raised through Pride House will go directly to these aspiring athletes, creating a powerful circle of support and celebration.

The Athlete Program is a branch of the Out Athlete Fund that directly supports and partners with LGBTQ+ athletes, helping them reach the highest levels of sport and increasing visibility for the LGBTQ+ athletic community.

The program builds a network of spokespeople who are committed to advancing the Out Athlete Fund’s mission through advocacy and fundraising.

Program elements

​

• Financially support LGBTQ+ athlete and Olympic pursuits through sponsorships

• Create Team OutAF, comprised of LGBTQ+ athletes, ambassadors, and allies who work together to increase awareness and support for OutAF’s mission and the Pride House movement

• Collaborate with like-minded non profits and organizations to collectively support LGBTQ+ athletes
