Gay Team USA Athlete Aims for 2026 Milan Olympics: An Evening with Conor McDermott-Mostowy

Join Out Athlete Fund at the Nike Training Studio in West Hollywood as we celebrate and support LGBTQ+ athletes on their journey to the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics.

We’re honored that night to feature U.S. Speedskating National Team member and Olympic hopeful Conor McDermott-Mostowy. Conor will share his story and highlight the positive impact on current and future Olympians of competing openly and proudly.

The evening will include light refreshments, brief remarks, and the opportunity to meet Conor in person and contribute financially to his training and travel costs. Olympic athletes struggle to cover these costs, and Out Athlete Fund is here to help them with that. Together, we can help ensure that all LGBTQ+ athletes feel empowered to compete as their authentic selves. 

In addition to Olympic hopeful Conor, the event will feature some special guests from the LGBTQ+ and Sport community:

• Olympian Randy Gardner

• Former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Jeff Rohrer

• West Hollywood City Council member John Erickson

• National champion coach Kirk Walker

Proceeds from this event directly support Conor and other out athletes as they pursue their Olympic dreams in Milan 2026. Out Athlete Fund is a 501c3, and all donations are tax-deductible.
